8.0Die Lage ist ideal, alles ist gut und schnell erreichbar

1.0Die Lage zum Strand
− Einzig die Lage des Campingplatzes konnte uns überzeugen. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt leider eine große Enttäuschung. Das kostenpflichtige WLAN war in unserer Unterkunft praktisch nicht nutzbar, außerhalb der Hütten funktionierte es hingegen. Anstatt sich um das Problem zu kümmern, verwies uns die Rezeption lediglich an den externen Anbieter. Für Bettwäsche (17,90 € pro Person) und Handtücher (9,90 € pro Person) wurden hohe Zusatzkosten berechnet. Enthalten waren lediglich ein Satz Bettwäsche sowie ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch. Ein Geschirrtuch oder Badvorleger waren nicht vorhanden. Für diesen Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Die Unterkunft ließ sich zudem nicht ausreichend verdunkeln, da nicht alle Fenster mit Rollos ausgestattet waren. Der schlimmste Vorfall war jedoch ein erheblicher Hygienemangel: Unser Sohn fand morgens in seiner Bettdecke eine benutzte Slipeinlage. Das war für uns absolut inakzeptabel und hat unser Vertrauen in die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft vollständig zerstört. Auch die Organisation ließ zu wünschen übrig. Zum vereinbarten Termin erschien niemand zum Ablesen des Stromzählers. Wir mussten den Schlüssel schließlich an der Rezeption abgeben und uns eine Rechnung nachschicken lassen. Aufgrund der Vielzahl der Mängel haben wir unseren Aufenthalt zwei Tage früher beendet und eine Erstattung der nicht genutzten Übernachtungen beantragt. Schade – die Lage des Platzes ist wirklich schön, der Service, die Hygiene und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis konnten uns jedoch leider überhaupt nicht überzeugen.

7.0Die Lage ist sehr gut; nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch sehr nah.
− Die Ausstattung ist noch ausbaufähig; Terrasse war defekt; kein Grill und Sonnenschirm; keine Auflagen für die Bestuhlung; die Matratzen waren wortwörtlich bretthart. Preislich finde ich die Häuser etwas zu teuer oder man müsste etwas mehr für Renovierung ausgeben.

9.0Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage hat eine sehr gute Lage zum Strand und es gibt einen großen Supermarkt, der jeden Tag geöffnet ist. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und das Ferienhaus war sauber und gut ausgestattet.
