− Tuvalette klozetler çok yüksek ve kullanışsız. Sadece küvet var ve küvete insan sığmıyor banyo yapamıyor çok kullanışsız. Kahvaltı doymak için yenilir. Arabaya taşırken merdivenlerde pantolonum düşmüş. Pantolonu merdivende görenler olmuş. Fakat kesinlikle otelde ve kayıp eşya bölümünde olmadığı söylendi ve bulunamadı.

1.0− Dear Booking.com Support, I am requesting your urgent assistance regarding my reservation. When we arrived at the property, we immediately noticed an extremely strong mold and damp smell throughout the room. The smell was overwhelming and made it difficult to breathe. In addition, there was visible mold and signs of moisture in several areas of the room. I was travelling with my 5-year-old child, and for health reasons it was impossible for us to stay in these conditions. We tried to remain in the room, but the odor was unbearable. As a result, at approximately 12:00 a.m. we had no choice but to leave the property and search for another place to sleep in the middle of the night. The room was clearly not in a condition suitable for guests, especially families with young children. I believe the accommodation did not meet basic hygiene and health standards. I kindly request that Booking.com investigate this matter and assist me with a full refund. I am also requesting compensation for the inconvenience and the additional costs and stress caused by having to find emergency accommodation late at night. I have photos/videos of the room showing the mold and poor condition and can provide them upon request. Thank you for your prompt assistance. I look forward to your response. Kind regards,
