1.0Rien puisque nous n’avons pas eu les codes d’accès pour entrer dans le logement et que nous avons passé plus d’une heure sur le trottoir devant avec 41 degrés à tenter de joindre en vain les propriétaires. Nous avons fini par appeler Booking qui, n’ayant pas pu joindre les propriétaires non plus, nous a proposé d’annuler notre réservation. Nous avons donc dû trouver un autre logement sur Cordoue…
− Le manque de communication des propriétaires puisqu’ils ne nous ont pas fourni les codes d’accès au logement 😡

4.0− Vam tenir problemes amb el check-in amb El codi d’entrada. Costava contactar amb ells per telèfon. No hi ha cap tipus de contacte personal, no veus a ningú. Tot molt impersonal. El problema més gran va ser el llit supletori que teníem ja que érem 3. El llit era molt baix i estava com en males condicions, no era recte; tenia com una desviació al mig i era molt incomode. Aquest llit no és adequat, s’ha de canviar.
