Lovely property, comfortable and well furnished. The main issue was the lack of internet and WiFi which we needed to communicate with family back in the U.K. without a phone SIM for Australia

Lovely short stay

The home is large and well appointed and very comfortable. I've never stayed in a holiday home for a single night before, it seemed a bit extravagant, but (affordable) options for a family of 5 are limited around Freycinet and Coles Bay. Would be very happy to stay again if we were in the area, beautiful outlook and everything you needed, except for such a large house there were only 4 dining chairs and we couldn't find anything suitable for backup. I was frustrated when I called the holiday house agency at 140pm saying we would be in the area at 2pm, could I possibly leave stuff in the fridge (check in was at 3pm) before we went to Freycinet. The girl who answered the phone acted like it was an imposition to be asked "I'd have to call my cleaner." "If I don't text my cleaner they might think the food is leftovers and it will be chucked out." I was pretty frustrated, either just text 'your cleaner' or say no! The terms and conditions said to call to check if early check in was available so that's all I did!
