− Solicitação de Reembolso Integral por motivo dos serviços contratados não prestados Motivo: O apartamento estava sem condições, tanto referente a limpeza básica como estrutural para receber hóspedes 1 - Ar condicionado quebrado (não tivemos suporte por parte da Roomo Transamerica Santos Gonzaga, solicitei ajuda através do canal de atendimento deles, relatei os fatos, inclusive enviei video mostrando a situação, a atendente nos informou que havia solicitado uma pessoa para verificar o local e essa pessoa nunca veio. 2 - O espelho da porta do armário, logo na entrada do apartamento caiu por cima de mim (inclusive quando mencionei na recepção esse fato o recepcionista confirmou que esse apartamento não deveria ser oferecido, pois eles ja haviam recebido muitas reclamações) 3 - Cobertores sujos e um cheiro insuportável no apartamento Na ocasião, por volta das 16h entramos em contato imediatamente pelo canal do WhatsApp(única forma de contato) com a Roomo Transamerica Santos Gonzaga na busca de auxílio, enviamos um vídeo do lugar mostrando as condições do apartamento e o retorno foi que somente no outro dia um técnico viria, pois a partir das 17h não poderiam fazer reparos. E assim ficou, não nos foi oferecida nenhuma outra alternativa, ou apoio, como trocar o quarto, nenhum suporte. Resumindo, através do site da Booking.com, que confiamos ser uma empresa séria e justa, solicitamos o reembolso integral do pagamento realizado de R$1054,00 pelo motivo simples e básico da não prestação dos serviços ofertados, e quando solicitada a ajuda não foi providenciada, gerando uma enorme carga de estresse e insegurança. Acreditamos nas leis do consumidor brasileira e na boa fé e seriedade das empresas na prestação dos serviços oferecidos de maneira justa e correta. Ficamos à disposição para qualquer esclarecimento. − Minha reserva foi cancelada faltando 15 minutos para eu adentrar no apartamento. Segundo o informado, o imóvel tinha problemas ,mas não informaram quais .

− Roupa de cama manchada , toalhas de rosto insuficiente e desgastadas. Lâmpadas queimadas , e o serviço de limpeza não foi diário.

Do espaço do quarto e da cama a vista é muito linda a localização muito boa perto de tudo e o valor que paguei foi bom espero que permaneça

− Quando eu cheguei o ar condicionado estava ruim pingando muito no quarto, quando fui abrir a porta do guarda roupa caiu em cima do meu marido e a porta é de vidro quase quebrou o vidro no rosto dele e o sistema de segurança do prédio e errôneo deixou vários caiçara subir na área da piscina com máscaras As luzes do quarto piscava e o frigobar não gelava. Não achei certo não ter limpeza de quarto eu tive que descer na recepção do prédio e pedi panos de chão pra limpar o quarto que estava molhando por conta do ar condicionado só depois no terceiro dia quando já estava acabando a minha estadia no prédio que foram arrumar. Esse meu posicionamento espero que seja pra melhorias até porque gostaria de voltar de novo e poder relata como foi bom os pontos que relatei agora como ruins.

− Pouca informação não passam instruções do local ex uso do elevador por uso do elevador . Sugestão, investir na manutenção do ar-condicionado e troca de travesseiro
