10.0Hotel excelente, instalações modernas, em lindo prédio histórico. Nosso quarto era no último andar e tinha terraço e linda vista do rio e da ponte, com vista para o nascer e o pôr-do-sol. Paisagem de cinema da janela e do terraço do quarto. Café da manhã também excelente. A poucos passos da Praça do Comércio e do centro histórico de Lisboa. Tradicional casa de fado Parreirinha de Alfama há 300 metros. Como houve pequeno atraso no check-in por causa de incidente em prédio vizinho, o hotel nos brindou gentilmente co espumante em balde de gelo e frutas entregues no quarto.

− odeurs d égouts/canalisations dans la salle de bain, joints moisis... et draps propres mais en mauvais états ( déchirés sur la couture d ouverture par l susurre au niveau du haut de la housse de couette), petits soins à apporter sur les renouvellements et entretiens des installations

− Ménage non fait le 1er jour puis le 2eme en remontant du petit déjeuner, femme de ménage entrain de faire notre SDB...

Amplasare buna, dar pe viitor voi prefera alt hotel.
7.0Micul dejun bun, amplasarea foarte buna, curat.
− Pentru un hotel de nivelul acesta care avea si un preț mai ridicat din cauza maratonului Lisabona (pentru ca este situat lângă finish) ar fi putut să vină în intâmpinarea clientilor cu un mic dejun oferit mai devreme celor care participa la maraton. Alt aspect neplăcut a fost calitatea spa-ului si a masajelor care au fost printre cele mai proaste din multe astfel de experiențe.
