Die Unterkunft war hervorragend und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Der einzige Wermutstropfen, dass die Buchung über Expedia nicht mit der Buchung beim Naturparkhotel Bauernhofer übereinstimmte (Zimmerkategorie). Aber wir haben vom Hotel eine Kulanzlösung in Form eines Gutscheins für die nächste Buchung erhalten.

Der Spa Bereich, Speisen, Lage...alles perfekt Bei der Zimmerbuchung über Expedia gab's eine Verwechslung...wäre toll gewesen wenn man das aufklären hätte können. .

Das Problem lag allein an der Kommunikation zwischen Expedia und dem Hotel, wir bekamen nicht das Zimmer dass wir gebucht hatten.
