Die Herkunft war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Wie aus einem Prospekt. Ganz viele liebevolle Details.

− Wir waren an einem der heißesten Tage 2026 da. Das Zimmer unter dem Dach war viel zu warm!. Ventilator stand bereit. Das war sehr liebevoll.

Die Lage ist Zentral in der Altstadt von Oestrich, es gibt schöne Lokale & Straußwirtschaften um essen zu gehen. Ebenso Einkaufmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger.Die Nähe zum Rhein ist wunderbar ca. 5min. zu Fuß.Wer mit der Bahn fahren möchte ca. 15Min bis zum Bahnhof Oestrich-Winkel.In den Räumlichkeiten der Schuhmacherei haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, im Erdgeschoss war das wirklich toll, es war alles da uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

− Der Kühlschrank Katastrophe, nicht kalt, viel zu klein. Das Sofa ohne Matraze,nicht sitzfähig. Das TV viel zu klein. Nicht zeitgemäß
