Wonderful Italian hospitality in a beautiful setting

We stayed here whilst attending a wedding locally, it’s a totally private and peaceful retreat immersed in nature with amazing views and a wonderful pool. Excellent comms and warm hospitality from our host Claudia throughout our stay. There is a great supermarket on the main road into Umbertide where you can get everything, and eating on your patio looking out over the hills was fantastic.

Beautiful location, amazing hosts, great pool and very peaceful. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the facilities were great. The hosts were so welcoming towards me and helped me on many occasions, including organising a salon appointment for me in nearby Umbertide and helping me to find a new suitcase (as mine had broken!) in Fabriano! I cannot thank them enough!! Would definitely recommend ☺️

Het uitzicht over de heuvels was prachtig en het zwembad heel fijn.

− Tip voor de eigenaar: een fatsoenlijke zitbank plus salontafel, een tv maar vooral airco zijn enorm welkom. Ook wat meer contact met het personeel en gasten zou passen

Beautiful location with gorgeous views, peace and quiet. Wonderful hosts.

This was our third visit. We truly love the location - gorgeous views overlooking wild forests, hillsides and canyon, with total peace and quiet. 90% of the time all you can hear is the birds, and occasionally sheep bells. No traffic sounds and no flyovers. Quite remarkable in these modern times. The master bedroom has a beautiful view as well. We also love the hosts Claudia and Stefano - such nice people and so helpful.

− No complaints whatsoever - we look forward to returning.
