Surprised to see lo quality service

Had pleasant experience In the past It’s very noisy. Front desk folks had a don’t care attitude especially one by name MINI in front desk check in . She behaved very rudely. Had a challenge just to check in. Now need to see how my stay goes now. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽
