10.0Appartement très bien placé au calme. Très propre et confortable. Nous avons aussi apprécié les boissons fraîches, café biscotte... . Le ménage et le linge changé au milieu du séjour. Joli terrasse sur le toit. Je recommande l'hôte est très réactif.

10.0The location was great, close to everything, especially the swimming area. Room manager Marco was very helpful, offered quick and detailed explanations to our requests/questions. The room had a very comfortable bed, the fridge had welcoming drinks and the coffee was free too.

− Ik had 3 dagen geboekt moest met 2 rollen toilet papier en bed word niet opgemaakt niks en niet schoongemaakt en moest met 2 handdoeken doen 3 dagen lang en na 5 minuten douchen heb je geen warm water meer , en de straal van de water is zwak. En ze zeggen we hebben 3 dagen voor je parkeren betaald 15 euro per dag dus moest 45 euro euro betalen eindstand waren er maar 2 parkeer kaarten op tafel 30 euro had het aangegeven mocht ik 30 euro betalen als ik niks er over gezegd had dan had ik waarschijnlijk 15 euro extra betaald en je hoort je buur man praten zelfs fluisteren je kan niet eens normaal praten anders hoor je buurman alles.

8.0Great location. Great communication and a welcome drink upon arrival. When there was a small problem with a radiator leak one of the days, the staff were extremely communicative and quick to come fix it. A great place to explore Ortigia from. Centrally located, near a bus stop and common taxi areas, as well as more fantastic restaurants than you could try in one trip.
− If staying here, don't expect modern amenities. These are apartments in the oldest part of the city and should be expected as such - there are some tight spaces (the spiral staircases could be treacherous!). That being said, if you accept that going in, there is nothing "wrong" with these apartments. They were perfectly suitable for our stay.

9.0We loved the quiet street and spotlessly clean apartment! It was amazing to be so near the throbbing center of Ortigia yet tucked away in a peaceful place. Marco was there to answer all of questions almost instantaneously and this was much appreciated. We will definitely come back!
