Die Lage war wunderbar. 2 Minuten zu Fuss und man ist am Wasser. Wenn gewünscht bekommt man frische Brötchen an die Haustür geliefert.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub auf Usedom

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig am Peenestrom. Die Lage ist ideal für einen ruhigen Urlaub auf Usedom, abseits vom allgemeinen Trubel. Der Hafen in Rankwitz ist sehr zu empfehlen - dort kann Fisch gekauft und sehr lecker gegessen werden.

Die Ruhe, ausreichend Platz für alle und das schöne Wetter.

− Das dritte Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Der Zugang zur Badestelle war nicht so einfach.

Potenzial nach oben

Haus liegt unmittelbar am Wasser und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Hier kommt keine Hektik auf. Ausstattung in Summe gut, schönes Bad im Obergeschoss.

− Leider kein eigener Steg für ein Boot oder zum Angeln, somit auch kein direkter Zugang zum Wasser. Daher Angeln oder Wassersport nur bedingt bzw. gar nicht vor Ort umsetzbar. Die Fischerhäuser sind aüsserlich sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen und versprühen nicht mehr den Glanz der Prodpekte. Schade! Hier wäre viel mehr möglich, der erste Eindruck zählt. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnraum sind extrem unbequem und für ein "Luxusobjekt" unangemessen. Garten war wenig gepflegt, auch hier wäre mit wenig Aufwand ein ganz anderes Ergebnis möglich.
