2.0La ubicación y la comodida del autocheckin.
− Lo más decepcionante de este alojamiento no fueron las incidencias que surgieron durante mi estancia, sino la forma en que se gestionaron. En ningún momento percibí una actitud proactiva por parte del establecimiento para resolver los problemas. Cada paso requirió que insistiera personalmente, las respuestas fueron lentas y la comunicación, poco clara. En lugar de buscar soluciones rápidas y mantener informado al cliente, la sensación fue que simplemente iban reaccionando a medida que yo reclamaba. Finalmente, el alojamiento ofreció una compensación económica, pero incluso la gestión del reembolso volvió a estar marcada por la lentitud y la falta de transparencia. Durante el proceso recibí información contradictoria entre el alojamiento y Booking, lo que me obligó a dedicar aún más tiempo a reclamar y hacer seguimiento de una compensación que ellos mismos habían ofrecido. Todos los alojamientos pueden tener incidencias; lo que realmente marca la diferencia es cómo responden cuando ocurren. En este caso, la gestión fue claramente insuficiente: lenta, poco transparente y sin una verdadera voluntad de resolver los problemas de forma ágil. La impresión que me quedó es que se intentó compensar la mala experiencia con una devolución parcial del importe, en lugar de gestionar adecuadamente las incidencias desde el principio. Por todo ello, no puedo recomendar este alojamiento y, desde luego, no volvería a alojarme en él.

5.0- great location, right in the centre - easy online check-in, you open all doors through their website - quite well equipped kitchen - microwave, plenty of plates, mugs, big fridge - bathroom was quite spacious - decent internet connection (50 Mbps when I tested)
− - mattress (at least in room 5, the one with shared bathroom) is completely worn out, it's basically one big hole, you sank into it depending on where you sit/lie. One of the most uncomfortable mattress I've wver used - shower has mould - not enough electric sockets - no bin in the room

2.0L'emplacement au cœur de la ville
− Nous avons attendu le petit déjeuner sans succès.Après avoir communiqué avec la centre de réservation, celle-ci nous a orienté dans un bar partenaire à proximité. Cependant, celui-ci nous a informés ne plus travailler avec l'auberge. Nous avons donc dû payer nos petits déjeuner alors que ceux-ci avaient déjà été réglés. Ce qui nous a aussi occasionné une augmentation du montant de notre parking. De plus , l'isolation entre les chambres est inexistante et le lit inconfortable A éviter....
