4.0My stay at Lamaraz Hotel was not at all what I had expected. The reception staff made me feel as if I were at a police or inspection centre, asking strange and uncomfortable questions, including whether I was sure that I had booked a room at the hotel. In addition, we experienced several issues with the shower due to water disconnections and blockage. However, the only positive aspect of my stay was the restaurant staff, who were very friendly, polite, and treated my daughter and me with great respect and kindness.
