10.0The room was large compared to most chain hotel rooms, and it was quiet at night. I especially liked the spa bathtub; after two days of walking thru woods and museums, the massage jets helped with sore muscles and aches joints. The breakfast nook overlooks Pine Lake, and dining is peaceful and pleasant. The hotel is located just north of downtown so is very close to all sorts of restaurants. It's also on the main street and a short drive to Michigan City or New Buffalo.
− The layout of the building is a little unusual, so it took me a bit to get oriented. It also has no elevators, so if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage, be prepared!

8.0We loved having the Boardwalk and T-Bones restaurants on site. Loved having a drink and food on the water. Our room was recently updated. The small in-ground pool was a bonus.
− We understand they are renovating. So not really a complaint We would have liked a comfortable sitting chair in our room but not a deal breaker.

7.0The property was very nice . They are in the middle of updating, which I think when completed will be very nice .
− Well the website is a little mis-leading and the pictures are different from the real thing but still a nice place. But they are improving the sight the young lady said . There is no elevator to the second floor which is great if you can get all your stuff up the stairs from the parking lot which has very limited parking and we are older and have disabilities said had fire place but can't use seasonal but didn't say that which disappointed When could not use. also no jacuzzi bath tub very nice would be nice if it had a little light screen that could be pulled out from wall just did want to get naked in front of my friend to use. But the room was very clean. The balcony was amazing looking at the water and boats. And didn't like the fact we had keys for all doors not meg cards .kinda scary wondering how many keys were out there to property. Took everything of value with us.
