The magnificent view is why you book this place.

− Bathroom facilities leave things to be desired (small shower that produces warm water on and off, bath tub hard to access). Beds are ok at best and will not fit 5 adults. Advertised outdoor kitchen nowhere to be found, spinning bike stowed away in the garage. Only two sunbeds available, unfortunately broken. Cleaning could have been more thorough. What you pay for is the view. Price/quality is a bit off otherwise.

C' etait la seconde fois que nous occupions ce logement. Très satisfait par l'accueil de Silvia à notre arrivée ainsi qu'au support et conseils qu'elle nous fourni par elle durant tout le séjour. La situation et la vue de la terrasse est exceptionnelle. L' appartement est spacieux et le garage dans le parking souterrain est appréciable.

− Equipements pour cuisiner rudimentaires.

Stunning views of lake garda & Sirmione, safe underground parking, spacious apartment, 3 balconies with lovely views at each balcony! Only a few minutes drive to both Rivotella & Desenzano - restaurants bars & beaches at those locations. Our host Silvia was exceptional, she was so helpful with any queries we had and was easily contactable. Check in & check out was seamless. Air con in main room and bedrooms. Washing machine.
