− Quartos com paredes sujas, sem itens de higiene, sem cobertas, toalhas de rosto e muito pequeno.

Café da manhã é normal, nada excepcional.

− Recebemos um quarto com cama de casal que estava com cheiro ruim vindo do banheiro. No lençóis da cama tinham fios de cabelos (não eram nossos) e o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, somente ventilação. Reclamamos na recepção e nos deram um quarto com 2 camas de solteiros pequenas e sem frigobar. No teto do banheiro deste segundo quarto havia uma aranha. O valor do estacionamento (serviço terceirizado) informado inicialmente foi de R$20, depois de R$32 e no final foi cobrado R$40.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
