− Everything was wonderful. Only small complaint is that the luggage lift didn’t work and we were on 3rd floor.

3.0Decent apartment. Recently renovated. The location on the 4th floor was fine, with minimal noise. It is centrally located, with no noisy clubs nearby
− The service is lacking. They provide contact in chat, but it's answered by a completely useless AI. Was unable to give any useful info. And the phone number provided goes to an answering machine with a long portugese message. Again useless. Provisioning in the apartment was poor as well. No toilet paper and no coffee and exactly 1 small dish towel in the kitchen. Even though marketing brochure said coffee would be provided. The lift did not work, which was specifically needed for my 76 yr.old mom. Our neighbors were mostly quiet, but the one night they came home at 3 AM we could here every word - they were not that loud, but the walls were paper thin. Keep this in mind if you get less considerate neighbors. And most all of this house is short term rentals, total about 8 apartments. So it could have been much worse.

8.0Amazing location, so central to everything & very easy to get too. Perfect for exploring every part of the city. The apartment was clean & spacious with amazing views.
− We had an issue getting in initially (given the wrong key pad code) but that was quickly resolved. Unfortunately we were directly above a very noisy hen party who were really antisocial and kept us up 2 nights. The stairs to the 5th Floor are NOT for the feint hearted!! Having navigated our way to get the luggage in the lift the stairs were a fairly challenging experience after a long day of Lisbon steps. We were fit & healthy so it was ok. The bathroom shower little head was prone to leaking and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Overall it was a good apartment and the location was worth the money & disruption.
