10.0Very friendly reception staff, in fact all the staff were all awesome and helpful. the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were amazing, beds were supper comfortable and clean, great views over the fountain, lifts were kept very clean, whole hotel smelt lovely Would definitely recommend
