Really comfortable stay; we would book this place again
8.0Pleasant location with nearby trail routes, very convenient for town centre, local shops and great train/driving links to Edinburgh. Good communication with clear details from host. Plenty of space, with lots of facilities and kitchen was well-equipped. Met all our family’s needs for a one week stay.
− Some fixtures/fittings a little bit worn but overall very well-equipped and clean.

− Not clean. Bed sheets and pillows were covered in hair. Some towels were stained
Great value. Great location.
9.0Fabulous location right by Livingston North station making quick and easy access to Edinburgh Waverley . Comfortable accommodation for 6 (although we only had 3 people stay on our visit) with single beds and 2.5 bathrooms.
− Nothing really. Very plainly decorated which could have been improved in a couple of places but nothing major and was as expected for the money. Slight niggle was landing light on top floor not working .
