10.0Accoglienza davvero straordinaria, molto disponibile sia in sala colazione sia alla reception. Viaggio molto ma è la prima volta che una persona alla reception al mio rientro in hotel verso mezzanotte, mi ha accolto con "Bentornato!". La stessa cosa è successa anche a delle altre colleghe. Grazie. Se dovessi tornare a Firenze tornerò da voi.
