Perfect! I loved it!

It was my first visit to Jamaica and I can admit I was excited but also a bit worried, as I was staying alone. I had looked at quite a few hotels rated as “outstanding” and “excellent” but nothing stood out to me. I however made a list of my favourites (barring reviews) and Rochester Palms won. After booking, I received an acknowledgement email from the staff. I then asked about security features (locks, alarms etc) and was advised there is a security guard on site, and an alarm system installed. This information helped a lot! My flight was delayed but I let the staff know and a later checkin was totally okay. When I arrived at the gated property, I met Debon who was absolutely professional! Upon entry of the condo unit, he explained about the smart lock on the door (I was loving the place already). He then proceeded to walk through the different rooms and explain the other smart features which I loved and I’m certain you will too! One voice command controls the lights and music. The rooms, like the photos are all in EXCELLENT condition! Lots of space and lots of storage if you are staying for longer periods of time. The neighbourhood is quiet so you get a good night’s sleep. If you want to know some good places to visit, staff will be happy to share. Rochester Palms is definitely one of the best places I’ve ever been to. My stay was nothing short of amazing!
