10.0We had an absolutely wonderful stay at iConic Wellness Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, spotless, peaceful, and the facilities are outstanding. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional customer service. Pamela and Letizia were simply amazing. They were always welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Their attention to every little detail made all the difference and made us feel valued throughout our stay.
