− Att man inte lyssnar på en gäst som berättar att hen är i princip blind och samma dag man ska komma får man sms om hur man ska köra bil, vart man ska parkera och sedan checka in på egen hand utan att kunna se eftersom det var obemannat och ingen var villig att finnas på på plats i personalen fast jag berättat att jag är blind och hade speciella behov. Fick därför leta upp annat vandrarhem som var på plats utanför ordinarie incheckning då jag förklarat mina behov och funktionshinder. Har nekats att få pengar tillbaka
Helt ok när man behöver resa runt utaan lyx.
