An “empty” hotel

It is impossible to answer the questions as the hotel was “empty”. Very disappointing to come to the hotel very late in the evening after a long travel and then be informed that we could not stay at the hotel. They helped us to find another hotel. Friendly people, but in this case we could not rely on a booking made at hotels.com. We would appreciate a compensation. We ought to rely on hotels.com.

Öncelikle otel değil apart odalardan oluşuyor. Fakat odalar çok pis. Firma herhangi bir otel hizmeti sunmuyorlar sadece size konaklamanız için yer gösteriyorlar gibi düşünebilirsiniz. 3 kişilik konaklama talebimiz olmasına rağmen 3. kişi için herhangi bir nevresim, battaniye, yastık vb hazırlık yapılmamıştı ve koltukta yatması gerektiğini fark ettik ek yatak vb bişey yok ve verilmiyor. Odalarda havlu sabun bulunmuyor gidecek veya konaklayacak kişilerin bunu göz önüne alması gerekiyor.
