Idéalement placé,à 2 pas du centre ville.Hotel très propre,joliment décoré,les chambres sont spacieuses avec une literie confortable,le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins pour les clients.Toujours le sourire,c’est très agréable. Mention spécial pour le directeur technique Mohamed ainsi que l’agent qui m’accueilli à mon arrivée ,Mohamed,pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse.Ils m’ont aiguillé pour les transports,ont répondu à mes demandes.J’y reviendrai 😊

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel par rapport aux commentaires et après un séjour d'une semaine il faut dire que c'est entièrement mérité! Son emplacement est parfait pour visiter Tlemcen, on peut tout faire à pied et profiter du parc juste à côté. Nous avions la suite junior, les lits sont très confortables, le ménage est fait tous les jours, les serviettes sont changées également. Tout l'hôtel est d'une propreté impeccable, le personnel est aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner est varié; il y a même la possibilité de faire chauffer le pain ou les spécialités locales 😊 Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les conseils et la gentillesse de toutes les personnes qui travaillent dans cet établissement. Je le recommande chaudement et y reviendrai sans aucune hésitation, un grand merci d'avoir contribué a rendre formidable ce sejour!

Hôtel très propre et bien placé,le séjour a été très agréable, une ambiance chaleureuse et familiale avec une belle qualité humaine. Le personnel et l’équipe de direction sont disponibles, arrangeants toujours souriants et prennent soins de leurs clients, que ça soit au niveau de la réception, du personnel de chambres ou de la restauration.
