9.0Ein Kleinod, die Villa, sehr authentisch mit der Beschreibung... direkt am See. Umgeben von bester Gastronomie am See, ein kleiner 'Tante Emma' Laden... im die Ecke ein grösserer... das Glockenspiel der nahen Kirche.... Für unsere Bedürfnisse mit fünf Reisenden optimale Raumaufteilung. Jede! Anfrage oder 'Reklamation' an das Hotel wurde sofort erfüllt und umgesetzt!!! Bester Hotelservice! Lob den Damen Rachele, Giuditta und Sabina! Auch der Gepäckservice klappte allerbestens eingespielt mit Francesco beim Ankommen und Walter bei der Abfahrt! Schon nahezu deutsche Pünktlichkeit!
− Den Damen vom Reinigungsteam sollte mehr Zeit gegeben werden... z.B. für sorgfältige Bodenpflege...und Sauberkeit...

Un lieu exceptionnel avec un accueil parfait
8.0Le lieu est magique, les chambres et salle de bains spacieuses et la terrasse exceptionnelle
− L’équipement de la cuisine pourrait être amélioré il a 15 casseroles mais peu d’objets pour faire la cuisine ( spatules, couteau, cuillère pour cuisiner) . La deco du sejour manque franchement d’âme on a l’impression d’être dans un dépôt de meuble. Des clous au murs sans tableau. C’est juste dommage.
