2.0Maybe more if circumstances were better
− Check in was chaotic, can’t charge to your room, so having to carry money to the pool area. Maintenance carried out directly above pool (6 floors) tile cutting with grinder for 2days. Complained on 2nd and nothing done, manager didn’t even return, but he did approach me at breakfast on our final day with some mango as an apology. When I refused and asked him politely(at least 5 times ) he continued so I left my breakfast and he followed me, I again asked him to stop, but no came to my pool bed and pushing a phone under my nose, again please leave. This went on for 30 mins or so, in the end I asked for a senior manager to get him to stop. Extremely annoyed and disappointed at our stay.
