Ótima localização, mas taxas extras pouco transparentes e valores excessivos.
7.0A localização é excelente, cercada por diversas opções de restaurantes, padarias e lojas, além de estar próxima ao Balneário Antônio Carlos, um dos pontos mais tradicionais da cidade.
− Faltou transparência em relação aos valores cobrados. No momento da reserva, constava que o estacionamento era privativo, mas não havia qualquer menção de que seria cobrado à parte, no valor de R$ 42,00 por dia. O mesmo ocorreu com a taxa referente ao PET: a informação disponível era apenas de que o local era pet friendly, sem mencionar custo adicional. Fui surpreendido com a cobrança de R$ 75,00 por dia, valor que considero excessivo.
Hotel que visa atender mais o pessoal que vai a trabalho.
8.0Um bom café sem comprometer, e uma localização excelente. A garagem muito boa e prática, apesar de ser paga (R$42,00 a diária).

10.0Excelente Hotel. Desde a recepção até o pessoal de apoio (camareiras, funcionários da cozinha) me senti muito bem recebido. As instalações são impecáveis e a localização fizeram de minha estadia de uma semana, memoráveis. Recomendo fortemente esse Hotel.
− Não tenho do que reclamar. E viajo bastante e sempre há um ou outro motivo que deixam a desejar. Esse hotel está muito acima dos que conheço.
