wonderful host, they helped us with the transfer, because our flight was delayed. Very friendly guys who met us. very good wi-fi ,Everything was comfortable . The only thing in the room was there was no knife , and there were no adapters for European sockets . But that didn't stop us from having a wonderful vacation and spending time with our family.

Decent location - not too far from downtown Niseko; possible to walk (about 15min) or take the bus. Spacious and a lot of kitchen supplies which was nice to cook at home! Clean and nice to have a washing machine. Wifi was good. Heated floors were awesome too.
− Apartment had thin walls; we could hear the neighbours' conversations and people upstairs walking around. There wasn't a large knife for cooking which made it difficult to cut vegetables.

깨끗하고 조용하고 취사시설이 완비되어 있어서 정말 편했습니다. 취사도구와 식기가 다양하게 충분히 준비되어 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 화장실과 샤워실이 분리되어 있어서 편리했고 쓰레기 처리가 쉬워서 청결하게 숙소를 유지할 수 있었으며 4인용 테이블이 있어서 식사하기 매우 편했습니다. 소파와 소파테이블도 있어서 좋았습니다. 세탁기와 세제가 준비되어 있어서 매일 빨리를 할 수 있었다는 점도 매우 편리했습니다. 세탁기가 건조도 되어 편리했어요. 창밖의 풍경도 차분하고 좋았습니다. 주차도 매우 편리했습니다.
− 엑스트라 메트리스가 너무 얇아서 불편했습니다. 그리고 4박 동안 청소가 없었는데 진공청소기가 있었으면 스스로 할 수 있어서 좋았었을텐데 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 수건을 교환해주지 않았던 점이 조금 불편했으나 세탁기가 있어서 해결할 수는 있어서 괜찮았습니다. 그런데, 모든 편리하고 좋았던 점을 모두 잊게 만든 일이 있었습니다. 체크아웃 할 때 고가의 샴페인 두 병을 창문 틀에 올려두고 깜빡 잊고 그냥 나왔는데 그날 저녁에 연락했음에도 찾을 수 없었습니다. 다음날에도 연락하고 루스츠에서 니세코로 찾아갔으나 클리닝 팀이 아무것도 발견하지 못했다는 답변을 받았습니다. 15일 밤에 프런트 데스크 상담원과 수퍼바이저는 저의 상황을 공감하고 도와주려 최선을 다 했지만 결국 샴페인은 찾지 못했습니다. 제가 20년 넘게 일본에 출장과 여행을 다니면서 분실물을 찾지 못한 것은 이번이 처음이었습니다. 제 둘째 아이는 전날 휴대폰을 니세코 그랜드 히라후 식당에 두고 왔는데 다음 날 찾을 수 있었습니다. 공공장소에서 잃어버린 200달러 휴대폰은 찾을 수 있었지만 프라이빗 숙소에 두고 온 1,000달러가 넘는 샴페인 두 병은 찾지 못했다니 이걸 어떻게 이해할 수 있나요? 이로 인해 모든 좋았던 기억은 최악으로 바뀌었지만 상담원과 수퍼바이저의 진심어린 대응으로 그래도 위안을 받을 수 있었습니다. (두 분의 도움과 위로에 매우 감사 드립니다.) 물론 고가의 물건을 놓고 온 것은 내 잘못이지만, 당일에 연락하면 찾을 수 있는 것은 당연하잖아요? 게다가 일본에서 발생한 일인데요. 이로 인해 다시 이용할지는 잘 모르겠습니다.
