A Disaster
3.0The woman at the reception was extremely nice, cancelled with no fee and helped us find a different hotel and a driver. Perfect english.
− We were actually shocked by the condition of the place, it was as if nobody lived there for a few years. Very neglected, weeds all around the pool and garden, the restaurant was not operational, broken down, the room smelled of Lysol. The public restroom had cobwebs and cocaroaches . Neglected dogs wondering around. This part of phu quoc is extremely poor, don't go there!!!! No place to eat outside of the hotel (and inside) actually a scary area. We asked to cancel immediately. We were supposed to stay for 4 days.

1.0− Dramat , rezerwacja potwierdzona przez hotel na bookingu . Po przyjeździe na miejsce Pani z recepcji informuje że nie ma dostępnych pokoi i namawia gości na odwołanie rezerwacji z ich winy . Będąc na miejscu Pani sugeruje zaznaczyć opcję że nie przyjechaliśmy . Bardzo słabe podejście do gości . Ostatecznie konieczna była interwencja bookingu

For the price you can find something better
7.0Beautiful beach in front of hotel, 15 minutes by motorcycle from grand world, very big bed.
− Shower is terrible (burning hot or cold, and very poor pressure) , pool need daily cleaning, very very far from airport.
