1.飯店位於JR難波站和南海難波站之間，附近有很多百貨公司和購物中心，著名的難波神社只要走幾步，人氣的心齋橋也是步行可達，想從關西機場過來或到處玩都很方便。 2.飯店有會說中文的服務人員，辦理手續沒有隔閡，大廳也有提供迎賓冰茶和可爾必思，一入住就能放鬆清涼一下。 3.房間格局就是傳統日本飯店的大小，但整理得非常乾淨用心，電視可以連YT，住起來很舒服。 4.吃到飽的早餐菜色還滿豐富的，提早訂也有優惠，如果早上想吃飽一點可以試試。
