프런트에 있는 직원의 대응이 너무 비전문적이었습니다. 그리고 밤에 샤워를 하려 했는데 온수가 나오지 않아 고생하였습니다. 풍광이 좋은 곳에 있는 호텔인데 손님을 맞을 준비가 제대로 되어 있지 않다고 생각합니다.
