1.0− เป็นประสพการณ์พัก รร ที่โครตอย่ที่สุดในชีวิต ห้องน้ำสกปรกมาก ประตูห้องน้ำทั้งด้านในด้านในและด้านนอกมีราเหลืองขึ้นเต็มไปหมด แน่ใจมากๆว่า ไม่เคยทำความสะอาดเลย ขักโครก มีคราบเหลือง น้ำกดไม่ค่อยลง พื้นห้องน้ำมีคราบราฝังแน่นและหนามาก น้ำไหลเบา ฝักบัวมีคราบเกาะทำให้น้ำไหลได้ไม่ดี ไม่ควรเปิดให้เข้าพักส่วน พนง ต้อนรับ ไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตร ทุกๆอย่างในห้องน้ำควรปรับปรุง โครตสกปรก ด้านในห้องไฟ ไม่สว่าง ด้านบนของหน้าต่าง ทำไมฟิวเจอร์บอร์ดพลาสติกในการกั้นห้อง มัรดูไม่แน่นหนาและไม่ปลอกภัย
