− طلبنا غرفة عائليه للأسف حاطين السرير المزدوج مع الاسره المفردة في نفس الغرفه هل هذا معقول! ؟؟ وطلبنا يغيروا لنا لغرفه اكبر رفضوا الحمام وسخ جداً وريحته مقرفه نظافة الغرفة سيئة وستايل الغرفة قديم جداً سور البلكونه منخفض خطير جداً عالاطفال صراحة لو فيه أقل من نجمة أعطيهم

− المواقف وايضا أتمنى أن يبتعدوا عن تعطير الغرف لأن ذلك يسبب حساسيه وشكرا جزيلا
A comfortable stay with a great location, friendly staff, and spacious rooms, though some facilities could be improved.
8.0Location was wonderful, the staff was polite and helpful. The room size, view, air conditioning and fridge were good. Room service was good
− The Wi-Fi connection was weak, the breakfast was average. The bathroom water pressure was also low, and there was no hot water always, possibly because my room was on the top floor. Otherwise, everything was good
