Place is beautiful and rooms were amazing. This was by far our favorite place to stay. There are 2 staff and they will help with anything you need and cook if you’d like. There is security posted overnight, although it did not seem unsafe at any time. The property manager Brian was amazing. Would highly recommend.

No hot water and a 3 hour drive from the airport. Everything else was good. Great staff.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Villa Presito. Bryan was really easy to communicate with and helped us book a private driver to take us from our hotel in Lapu Lapu City to the villa. The grounds are so large and the villa is beautifully designed and decorated. We purposely cut down our itinerary so we could enjoy more time there, especially in the pool! The staff was really friendly and did a great job keeping things clean and helping with cooking. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at!

I loved every moment that I was there. It’s a beautiful villa that you can rarely find anywhere else. It’s beachfront, it’s perfect for a family outing. It’s really nice and spacious. Clean. Loved the interiors, the rooms! It might be a long drive going there but it is absolutely worth it! Have to say, It is a safe area. I’ll definitely visit again when i come back home!

I have stayed this place twice already, and I will stay 2 more times in near future. It means that Villa Presito is perfect place for any occasions. It is right on the beach front with most beautiful scenery in area. This brand new villa it self is most luxurious among the several tens of villa I have stayed before. Pool is very spacious and large enough for 10 people swim together. And it is well maintained with spacious wooden deck with nice beach chairs. Villa have seperate barbeque area with nice big table and chairs. and It even has wood fire pizza brick oven as well. Rooms are luxurious and spacious as well with open air bath,and beds are very comfortable There are 2 gazebos. One is at the top of villa with breathtaking seaview, and the other is on the sea which we used massage place with nature sound like wave and wind. They prepared cook for small fee who can prepare nearly 100 of foods varieties. We were very satisfied quality and taste.( bebeques, salads, soups, seafoods, deserts and etc) Staff were very friendly as well. Manager Bryon arranged verythings we requested, Marvin is super nice with big smile all the time, other girls are very friendly as well . We really satisfied for this stay,I can say it was better than perpfect. I think this place is hidden gem of Philippines. I am really looking forward to next stay which planed next January.
