8.0Great breakfast. Perfect location.
− Room was very hot so we had to keep the windows open. Room was also noisy from outside traffic and delivery trucks etc.
Great hotel with excellent facilities the room was clean and tidy and easy access to town centre
10.0Breakfast was superb with such a lot of variety in the end we settled for the full English which was lovely, the service was first class and we would definitely stay there again.

10.0The location was ideal with easy access to both the town and the park. Breakfast was also very lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful.
− Parking was adequate but could be a problem at busier times. It would be good to know alternatives and how much that would cost when making the booking.

− I'm getting old and a bit moany - arthritic knees so the 2 flights of stairs is not really an issue but it's my fault for not booking earlier....
Comfortable, good breakfast, great location but noisy
7.0The breakfast was good but would have liked granary bread or a sourdough option, great to have a car park and great location
− Windows were very hard to close and open, very noisy as next to pubs and a road. Pillows need replacing very lumpy. Cobwebs in window, bathroom needs a deep clean. Cushions and bed runner needs replacing as worn and marked with spills. Had to have the shower head replaced as broken but was done immediately, no extra toilet rolls in bathroom but again this was rectified.
