Atendimento excelente, educação, limpeza, estrutura, tudo cuidado nos mínimos detalhes. Cada mínimo pedaço daquele lugar se percebe que foi criado com carinho, amor e vontade de ser o melhor. Café da manhã rápido e maravilhoso. Local perfeito e lindo. Mesmo que tenha uma pequena subida de chão de terra antes, é perfeito. Ao lado do quadrado, 3 minutos de carro.

É uma excelente opção para descanso, mais afastadinho do Quadrado, silencioso, confortável… Tudo com muita qualidade, desde as roupas de cama até o sabonete de Capim Santo delicioso nos banheiros (que tb é lindo!). Ótimo pra comemorar datas românticas 🥰🥹 Como o hotel possui três bangalôs, tudo fica mais reservado, mais íntimo e calmo 🥰 O ponto forte é o café da manhã, maravilhoso!!!!!!! 10/10

− Atentar-se ao período de chuvas. Tem uma ladeira de barro para acessar o hotel… na nossa época de hospedagem vários carros não conseguiram subi-la, inclusive o nosso que tivemos bastante dificuldade. Seria interessante o anfitrião comunicar aos hóspedes a situação da estrada. A pé tb fica inviável por causa das poças enormes de lama, se não fosse isso daria até pra fazer uma caminhadinha leve até o centro. Sorte que optamos por alugar carro 😰🙏🏽

Hospedagem incrível. Os bangalôs são lindos, limpos e confortáveis. O café da manhã também é excelente com muita variedade (frutas, sucos, pães e bolos). Piscina e hidro lindas. O pessoal do hotel é muito educado e prestativo (Cau e Meire são nota 10. Leva 5 minutos de carro do hotel pro quadrado. Adoramos!

− Nada a reclamar. Foi tudo ótimo. O acesso é um pouco difícil, mas nada que afete a acomodação. O acesso em Trancoso em si é um pouco complicado, mas isso é responsabilidade do poder público.
