6.0三連休の最初の日の値段で1番安かった。 モノレールの駅が1番近いが、京成の千葉中央までは全然歩ける距離にあり利便性は良い。
− 浴室のシャワーが湯と水を両方調節しないといけないタイプ。廊下や施設全体の雰囲気に若干の古さを感じる。

8.0フロントスタッフの方々の印象が大変よかった。 建物としては年数が経っていますが、清掃が行き届いて安心して過ごすことができました。
− 仕方ありませんが、廊下や隣室の声や音が気になったことです。

6.0場所が良いと思いました。設備も綺麗で良かったです。

贅沢せず、静かに過ごせて夜もゆったり休めればそれで十分。
7.0古さは否めないが、一泊を過ごすのに不自由はなく低価格に抑えられた宿泊料。喧騒なく安眠保てる。
− 部屋の窓から空が見えなかった。夏で朝が早くても暗かった。
