While visiting the city of Surat, I was recommended to stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the friendly attitude of the staff. The housekeeping team—including the team led by housekeeping manager Sandeep Dubey very helpful for everything Laang vineet , and shanjeev bikash —performs their work to a high standard. If I return here, I will stay at this hotel again and recommend it to my friends

My room was spotless, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, while the staff provided warm, professional, and attentive service throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the hotel's convenient location made exploring the surrounding area easy. A special thanks to the Front Office team—Mr. Danish, Ms. Urvi, Mr. Shivam, and Mr. Ritesh—for their exceptional hospitality. Their courtesy, professionalism, and willingness to help with genuine smiles made my stay even more memorable. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. I have stayed for 4 days, rooms are specious, comfortable and clean. Staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast and dinner buffet is very very good. Staff Name Soumen was very helpful during my stay and provided excellent services. Overall it was a good experience.
