The location of Club Tahoe is excellent. You are walking distance to many services, including restaurants and a grocery store. I also appreciated having a dedicated, assigned parking spot. However, cars have gotten bigger since these spots were drawn. So, folks with large trucks occluded the driving space and made it difficult to park and drive. The amount of space in the units is great for families or groups.

− The property and its features are old. The showers and faucets were loud. The building is not well-insulated therefore, the unit heats up significantly during the day. We opened the windows at night to let cool air in, but the close quarters of the property meant that there was always noise outside until at least 10:30 pm. In addition, the website lists that there are two queen beds and two twin beds. The “queen” beds are actually fulls. I was not able to sleep in the bed with my spouse because neither of us had enough room. The clubhouse was okay, but I felt nickel and dimed because there were charges for many of the activities. Playing cornhole and chess were free while it cost money to play pool or air hockey. Finally, there were multiple charges put on our room account that we did not do. On Friday night of our stay, I was sitting at Sand Harbor about to watch a play when a charge of $23 came through on my phone from the resort. I decided I would deal with it in the morning. On Saturday morning, I checked my credit card account to see if the charge was still there. Now, there were two additional charges of nearly $150! I went to the front desk to try to sort it out. I was told that the charges were from the Bar in the Clubhouse. I explained that no one in my family had ordered from the bar and that we were not even on the property when the charges occurred. The front desk person assured me that he would look into it. By the next morning, nothing had changed on my account. I again spoke to someone at the front desk. She printed the invoice of charges, which still showed that I owed them money. I explained the situation to her. She tried calling management, but was told that nothing could be changed until the bartender and manager came in (which is why I tried to sort things out the day before). I did receive a follow up email apologizing for the error and confirming that there were no charges.

Tout. Le logement spacieux, fonctionnel et très agréable. Les équipements (piscine, tennis, salle de sport) et le matériel mis à disposition gracieusement. L’emplacement en forêt juste à côté du lac. La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.
