− Everything. Double booked had to share with a random person in a filthy back house. No refund offered

− Location on booking.com on main road, many U-turns, had to ask for location. Stuff didn't seem to care. Tool long time to check-in. Many very young staff. Useless and clueless. Breakfast cold and limited worst in years of traveling.
