Experiência incrível de viver a Praia do Rosa. Atendimento excelente, qualidade da alimentação é espetacular, capricho e o cuidado nas instalações. Completo! A presença das baleias franca são um espetáculo a parte e o Village tem um mirante só para vê-las melhor.

Meus pais idosos se hospedaram pelo aniversário da minha mãe e aniversário de casamento, a equipe fez até bolo com parabéns especial para eles. Ficaram muito felizes, por isso agradecemos a estadia e a especial gentileza. Até a volta 🌸

− Como são idosos, tiveram dificuldades com a TV, e sentiram falta dos canais locais para ver os jornais e futebol habitual 😉

O hotel fica em uma localização privilegiada, a alguns passos da praia e com atendimento de restaurante. Tem muitas opções de atividades para fazer e as instalações estão em bom estado. Staff foi muito gentil e sempre dispostos a ajudar com sorriso no rosto. Tem estacionamento próprio também. Café da manha bem completo e gostoso.

− Fiquei na suíte 201 e pelo valor da diária, alguns pontos poderiam ser melhor como: chuveiro sai pouca água, banheiro tem cheiro forte e frigobar faz barulho constante.

− O espaço do banheiro do apto 201, inclusive estava com mau cheiro do retorno ou do vaso sanitário ou do ralo

A localização é ótima e as 2 piscinas também

− Cuidado com a conexão à Internet!!! Meu celular e notebook não se conectavam ao wi-fi e eles não conseguiram resolver. Como estava em trabalho remoto, fui super prejudicada e não volto à essa hospedagem.

− Em alguns lugares da pousada a acessibilidade pode ser melhorada de forma a ter um fluxo melhor para um carrinho de bebê ou uma cadeira de roda.
