9.0Abbiamo avuto un upgrade della stanza inaspettatamente e ci siamo ritrovate in due in un appartamento familiare bellissimo. Curati i dettagli dell'arredamento, pulitissimo e con due bagni a disposizione. Ci è venuta voglia di tornarci magari in estate quando si può sfruttare a pieno la struttura con anche la piscina ed il ristorante. Immerso nel verde delle colline, con il rumore solo degli uccellini ed a 3 minuti esatti da Spoleto .

− La pulizia,la fanno ogni 2 giorni,mancanza di prodotti da bagno, anche dopo la richiesta. La colazione, completamente assente il salato,le torte per 3 giorni sempre le stesse.
Direi, senza dubbio, una sorta di incubo.
1.0La posizione e’ bella anche se, per quanto di seguito, solo apparentemente attraente.
− La struttura ha bisogno di rinnovo e manutenzione e non e’ assolutamente adeguata a garantire un buon soggiorno. Scarsa pulizia; niente zanzariere alle finestre; nel bagno varie cose rotte; la corrente salta; nessuna connessione internet ne’ Wifi nella stanza; dopo una pioggia l’acqua e’ penetrata sotto la porta allagando l’ingresso.

− Colazione: piuttosto modesta con prodotti in parte confezionati di commercio; mancanza di pane fresco e di prodotti salati(uova, prosciutto, formaggi, etc.). Assenza del ristorante (non comunicata e accertata solo all'arrivo), nonostante fosse promessa ed evidenziata nella presentazione del sito
Siamo stati costretti ad andare via a causa di sporcizia e scorpione sul divano.
1.0− La struttura esteticamente è molto bella, tuttavia la stanza in cui NON abbiamo soggiornato (perché siamo stati costretti ad andare via) era sporca (piena di ragni e ragnatele) e con incluso uno scorpione di 7/8 cm sul divano. Ciò di cui ci lamentiamo è il fatto che, nonostante la richiesta, non sia stato fatto nulla per togliere lo scorpione dalla camera quando lo abbiamo trovato e non sia stato possibile neanche cambiare camera. Ciò ci ha costretto a cercare un altro alloggio ed a restituire le chiavi il giorno dopo senza averci dormito né la notte prima né quella successiva.
