9.0La ubicación, la comodidad, es un departamento muy bien equipado y hasta el último detalle está cubierto.
− Aunque el check-in es *a partir* de las 15 h, avisamos que íbamos a llegar más cerca de las 16 porque nuestro tren se demoró, y la respuesta que recibimos de parte del encargado de darnos la llave fue "pues intenten llegar antes de esa hora porque tengo otras cosas que hacer". Nos pareció poco amable y creemos que deberían tener un poco de consideración ante estas situaciones que escapan a la voluntad de los huéspedes, como un tren o un vuelo demorado. Esta situación nos hizo sentir como si estuviéramos importunándolos, cuando deberíamos habernos sentido bienvenidos. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente.

8.0The location was perfect, the staff was kind and nice.
− There was a problem with one of the 2 bathrooms.The water was changing from hot to cold without any adjustments and it was not a good experience. But the other small bathroom had no problems so we were ok with that.

8.0Appartamento molto spazioso e fornito di tutte le necessità, i due bagni sono stati molto importanti per noi che eravamo in cinque. Il market sotto al palazzo è aperto 24h
− Acqua calda un po' capricciosa ma funzionante ,la camera con letto a castello non è molto grande ma svolge il suo dovere.
