Overall, a comfortable stay , but service during breakfast and staffing levels could be improved
9.0The room was clean and well maintained. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the location was excellent — close to everything we needed. The reception staff were polite, and check-in was smooth.
− The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was average with limited options, and I had to personally go and find the staff member serving breakfast to ask for coffee, which was already included in the selected breakfast option. There seemed to be a shortage of staff — no one was available to help with luggage.
