6.0Hotel je ve skvělé a klidně lokalitě Krkonoš. Snídaně byly výborné. Oceňuji především bazén u hotelu a příjemný interiér pokojů
− Personál Hotelu nebyl při příjezdu příliš vstřícný. Dostali jsme pouze klíče od pokoje a skoro žádné informace. Při odjezdu a placení jsme se dozvěděli, že částka na bookingu je uvedena bez DPH, takže byl pobyt dražší...

− Woda w basenie wewn mogłaby być ciut cieplejsza a sauny włączone. Koniecznie powinien być czynny wieczorem bar !!!!!! Tracą kasę na tym że jest nie dostępny !

9.0Skvělý vnitřní bazén, i venkovní ( akorát na něj byla zima), venku trampolína pro děti. Personál moc příjemný! Snídaně velmi fajn :)
− Nevěděli jsme, že nefunguje dětská hernička kvůli rekonstrukci, bylo by fajn, kdybychom to věděli předem. Celý pobyt ale bylo pěkně počasí, takže bychom herničku stejně nevyužili.
