10.0I like that the property was close to a lot of attractions and that the host was well communicated before my arrival. I appreciated that he was there to greet me and explained how to get in and out of the property. I liked that there was a fridge available.

6.0− The toilet was super loud, it kind of sounded like something is shredded. It means when your room neighbour in the night went to toilet, you wake up.
