Затишний і комфортний отель. Я б поставила 12 з 10.
10.0Вдруге зупинялися в цьому готелі. Все дуже сподобалось. Щира подяка за допомогу у виклику таксі до залізничного вокзалу(особливо за те що перетелефонували в службу таксі та змінили час виклику, бо ми зрозуміли що помилилися з часом) та за трансфер до/з аеропорту. Окрема подяка персоналу ресторану за смачну вечерю, коли вже кухня закривалась і був крайній час робити замовлення. Було добре що в номері є пляшки з водою, це виручає коли пізній приїзд і немає змоги купити води. Дуже затишні і комфортні номери. На букінгу пише, що персонал розмовляє польською і українською. Але вони також розмовляють і англійською. З побажань. Було б непогано, щоб був маленький холодильник, щоб можна було б зберігати продукти з/на подорож. А також щоб були одноразові тапочки.

Good choice if you are connecting via Warsaw.
8.0Close to the airport. Pick up and drop off service offered which is very convenient. It has a very good restaurant downstairs. The breakfast is excellent with a very wide variety of choices. There is a direct tram that takes you to the city center.
− The shower cabinet is rather small. Given the size of the bathroom itself, I think a bigger cabinet would have definitely fit in. The small cabinet makes it very difficult to take a comfortable shower.

5.0Location - very near the airport which helps with early morning flights. Note that you may have to call the shuttle on arrival. We called but then they arrived very promptly. They’re in the departures section on the road nearer Clarion Hotel - sharing because there are no signs to the hotel shuttle. The hotel shuttle is a big win.
− Cleanliness - unfortunately dropped something. I saw how dirty it was under the bed. That made me suspicious of the whole room.
