LEK und seine Familie sind die Perfekten Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich wie zu hause. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber von der Preis-Leistung super. Im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren sind auch die Betten viel besser,b er hat dort neue Matratzen gekauft. Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand. Ganz grosse Empfehlung

Sooo, it’s been quite the adventure here at Mr. Lek’s! The room definitely has “character,” with shifted foundations creating an impressive collection of cracks and a broken mirror—perfect if you’re not quite ready to face yourself in the morning. The staff were polite and mostly reserved, understandable as for the most part English isn’t well understood. They are lovely, Tan and Wan and the whole team try hard, it’s a family affair. On arrival, I embraced my inner handyman: cleaning a decades-clogged air-conditioning filter, unblocking the sink, and—with the help of a resourceful young male staff member ( sorry I can’t remember his name:() clearing the shower drain. A gentle tip for future guests: washing your feet outside might save everyone a plumbing adventure. Cleaning between guests appears minimal; the shower wall would make a Petri dish blush, and I can confirm the bathroom window is also rusted in a semi-open state, letting the local wildlife free access:). All the doors are on the tilt because of the foundations but it is workable and with a bit of grunt you can lock it:)

− Breakfast was included in the 8000 baht cost for four nights, featured tiny, soggy “French toast” and spam-style bacon, with coffee costing extra! (A bit rich considering the work I did to make the room liveable when I arrived). You owe be a beer Mr Lek!! That is unforgivable as fresh produce is freely available just up the road at local suppliers. Trying to save money by offering well traveled foreigners food of an extremely sub standard quality is just madness, and a real missed opportunity.

L emplacement et la nourriture

− Chambre sale, douche non fonctionnelle, on interrompu le ménage de la chambre et fermé le resto 2 fois et sans avertissement. J ai dû annuler ma réservation pour ensuite payer la même réservation ce qui me a entraîné des frais et pu de support de booking. Com le patron m a bien fait.savoir qu il n acceptera pas de paiement a travers de vous. J ai du accepté ces conditions.

Room is great with private balkony, staff is frendly and helpfull. The owner mr Lek is epic! Perfect location on the beach and the food is great, especialy prawns garlic pepper.
